Rarely during group meditations do we work not with ourselves, but collectively, for the benefit of all.
Today is exactly that kind of occasion.
Starting from April 8, 2024, each of us is part of the living grid of the Earth, replacing the ley lines that served for years but were hacked.
During the meditation, we will not just stand in a Circle of Light, but create a living network, fill it, our hearts, and the entire network with Acceptance, Forgiveness, Gratitude, and Love, and broadcast this energy to all the places where you are at the moment of the meditation.

Starting May 31, we moved into the Contours of Time. Our understanding and interaction with time is changing. Expect all sorts of glitches, including in space.
Shifting from Inner Clarity to Outer Clarity
We have shifted from inner clarity to outer clarity. Many things have become clearer and more orderly than before. Answers are coming to questions you didn’t even ask or voice. So pay attention to spontaneous thoughts and especially the phrase: “Wait, that was an option?!”
When you suddenly do something, or a thought comes to do something — it’s very different from how it used to be. Because you simply didn’t know it was possible, or you had some block that, for unknown reasons, has fallen away.
The State of Flow
Memory starts working completely differently. In 5D, the mind isn’t needed, but it’s not about the mind itself ceasing to function. To be in 4D, the mind’s ability to analyze and connect cause and effect isn’t very necessary.
But for many years, centuries, we have been over-analyzing, analyzing way too much, overthinking, guessing, and not verifying.
So the mental sphere of the mind is inflated with distorted things that need re-checking. And since the parameter “time,” the Contours of Time directly interact with the 5D world, the mind as we know it doesn’t work there. The heart turns on there.
So you’re not getting dumber, you’re not losing the ability to analyze, come to conclusions, or philosophize; you’re just doing it from a different place — the heart.
And the mind always operates from what was. This contradicts the state of flow. There, data is transmitted instantly, so any pause and you fall out. Data needs to flow endlessly.
The state of flow is when there is no memory, no operating from past facts, no ability to dig into the past, because you are in a constant stream, a movement of these vibrations, energies, and information.
So any mental load from the head, and you get thrown right back out. You think about something, start turning a question or problem over in your head, a negative thought gets stuck in your mind, and you fall out of this state.
Our immediate goal is to enter the state of flow as often as possible. Not artificially, but by expanding yourself.
The Living Network of Love. What happens when your heart turns on

We’ve already looked at what a person looks like energetically. Every person has an aura. When you are in a state of collapse, your aura is small, and in a state of expansion, it’s bigger.
There are people whose field is very close to them; they don’t hold space around themselves because they give their power away to others, they are dependent on everything external.
More conscious people hold their field, they know how to maintain a sense of their own well-being. If they’re in a bad state, sick, they know how to return to neutral, and best of all, to a resourceful state. They aren’t as strongly affected by external changes, unless it’s a global catastrophe.
When several people who live in the same city and interact with each other meet, their fields intersect and touch each other.
When your heart turns on, the boundary of your field expands. All the people around you, they remain exactly as they were. But your boundary expands and begins to intersect, bypassing the boundaries set by each person.
In this way, you touch others, broadcasting your vibration, your energy, your state. And many of you have noticed — you visit someone, maybe you didn’t say anything, but people’s mood lifts.
We broadcast this frequency, which is precisely why you need to close yourself off when you are in negativity or have fallen. Reduce contact with people at that moment, because a powerful person broadcasts what they carry inside.
When the people you interact with also begin to turn on their hearts, we get a model of a living network of love.
How a living heart differs from a “non-living” one

A person lives under the control of the mind; you could say that a defense is built around the heart — a huge wall.
I love traveling to ancient fortresses, in Russia — to monasteries. Monasteries with enormous walls, with loopholes, embrasures. That’s what all our mind’s filters around the heart look like, and you cannot go beyond them.
Opening up to love, opening your heart is quite difficult. And only when the capacity to love increases, increases so much that these walls around the heart center fall, only then do you enter a state of flow and from within yourself let through all information, energy, vibration.
To break through this defense, you need to clear out a lot from the mind. There are 4 components that allow you to do this quickly.

We decided to launch a love capacity tracker and attach a 21-day challenge to it, which consists of 4 components and a 5th action — this is love, which allows you to increase the capacity for love, the ability to love.
4 key words, 4 key components that are known to you, need to be combined into one practice and ideally done every day.
Step One — Gratitude
Gratitude — this is the first step that allows you to expand the state of love that flows through you, and in fact, radiates from within your heart.
No one is stopping you from starting the day by listing gratitude: “I am grateful for…”
Start with specific things you can be thankful for: someone gave up their seat on the trolleybus/tram, your salary was paid on time or you got a bonus. Then switch to something more complex: gratitude for life, for health.
Start with what is actually acknowledged by you, what you have appreciated, seen, and felt inside. And in this way, accumulate a sphere of gratitude within yourself, and then take a three-part inhale-exhale.
Step Two — Forgiveness
A step that is connected to opening the heart, or more precisely, to removing the heaviness from the heart — this is forgiveness, when you ask for forgiveness or when you forgive someone.
If you introduce it into a daily practice — is there anyone I am ready to forgive right now?
We start with the closest thing that happened: someone was rude to you somewhere; your husband hurt your feelings, you took offense.
Feel it inside, in your heart, not with your mind, but truly sense it.
When you’ve accumulated the potential, the vibration of this state, this feeling, take a three-part inhale-exhale and direct it in all directions.
Step Three — Letting Go
Despite the fact that 6.6 billion people have passed through the Gate, experiencing at least 1 second of 100% faith, each of us carries a huge baggage that we drag along, not even realizing we’re carrying it, feeling the weight of it.
So every day, ask yourself the question: What am I ready to let go of today? Or what can I let go of today?
Imagine that it has disappeared from your life forever. Go through the main areas of your life: home, family, work, self-realization, and feel it inside yourself. Take a three-part inhale-exhale and let it go.
Or imagine a balloon in your hand and you’re releasing it into the sky.
Step Four — Acceptance
What am I ready to accept today?
The word “ready” is very good here. We start according to our readiness. Everyone has something they are not yet ready to accept in themselves, in others, in the way this world is structured.
Accumulate the potential of acceptance and release it in different directions.
The 4-Step Algorithm
So we end up with 4 steps: I thank, I forgive, I let go, I accept.
And the fifth step in this algorithm is love. What am I ready to love just a little bit more today?
If you spend one minute on each action, it becomes a 5-minute practice, for a minimum of 21 days, but it’s better to stretch it out for the whole summer.
By the end of this period, you’ll see that gratitude increases, and because of this you expand, lightness appears through forgiveness and letting go, and expansion happens through acceptance.
All these 4 steps create space to manifest more love. Moreover, you can choose one specific action, one specific thing, one specific person and cultivate your love for that.
When you do this over a certain period of time, your energetic vibrational field changes, it increases and expands.
