Realizing the value of your presence on Earth. Markers to pay attention to.

In November 2023, you and I discussed Lauren Gorgo’s forecast that for those who have worked on themselves and healed their inner division, a new stage in life begins, with new potentials and new opportunities.

This is a key programmatic phrase. Therefore, in light of the imbalances that are now being highlighted, and for those who are ready, who have done certain work on themselves, I have compiled a list of what to pay attention to.

Markers to pay attention to

1. Main priority — your Authentic Self

The main priority will be this point — look at where you suppress your Authentic Self, continuing to use your limited version.

A common phenomenon is when your spiritual world, everything you read, study, practice, lives on its own, while your daily life and work are separate.

For some, this is a total division and discrepancy, and for others, as I say, the ears are sticking out.

Everything I study is on its own, but at home I am so white and fluffy, adapting to my husband, to my children, all codependent. And at work I say nothing.

The division between who you are inside, who you have discovered yourself to be, and how you show yourself in real life to the world and the people around you. It is worth looking at this closely. Because here everyone has something to work on and unite into one whole.

2. Unity of emotions, thoughts, actions and faith. Transparency

The second point to pay attention to is saying one thing and doing another.

Last year, Steve Rother’s channeling about four lines of vibrational integrity came out. These are four components: what you think, what you feel, how you act, what you believe.

Hand on heart, tell me, how often do you have this alignment present?

For many, this is a difficult task, especially for people who just walk down the street and are not at all in the know. Our society is built on other principles: put on a brave face when things are bad. For most, there is a total discrepancy here: I smile to your face, inside I cry or curse, I plot intrigues, etc.

An example with a frenemy. I used to not understand what that phrase meant. But it turns out it’s a friend you seem to be friends with, but a lot goes on behind your back. Or take groups, especially female ones, where many people work, these eternal confrontations, gossip.

This alignment arises when we attune all four spheres: what I think, what I believe, what I feel, and how I act.

Therefore, note where you say one thing and do another.

The ideal option is when everything is transparent, when there are no ulterior motives, when you show what you really feel, when you don’t cling to those obsessive thoughts that spontaneously pop up in your head, you know how to filter them and focus on what is truly important.

3. Self-worth and acceptance

Next, pay special attention to self-worth and acceptance.

One of the markers that shows you are living from your limited self is low self-esteem, shame, and guilt.

The total amount of time we spend in the limited version of ourselves determines the level of what you create and how you influence the world.

Self-worth and acceptance — we look at them from different angles.

Self-worth — how much I value myself. But it happens that in words I am so good, yet when faced with a situation, you behave as usual — invisible, unheard, a gray mouse.

For men, it is most likely the opposite — I am the center of the universe, but in essence, it is all the same traumas, only they manifest as aggression, sarcasm, attacks, etc. These are two sides of the same coin.

Acceptance — here it is not even about yourself, but everything that surrounds you.

Recite mantras of acceptance, especially when control flares up (I do not know how to manage, I know how to control), when judgment or criticism flares up. Remind yourself, I accept everyone as they are. I allow them to think what they think, to do what they do.

Raise the level of acceptance of everything and everyone. Here we are not talking about yourself, but specifically about the external focus — to accept everything.

“I am not obliged to live up to what you have imagined” — when this is written into your default, grievances disappear. And grievances are false expectations and constructed mental representations. As a result, you stop feeling guilt because you have learned to forgive yourself for incorrectly made actions. The feeling of shame also disappears.

The feeling of shame as an indicator of misunderstanding your own value

Misunderstanding your own value and shame go hand in hand, because I believe that I am not as I should be. This comes from childhood — I am bad, I am bad, I never measure up, I never reach the standard.

This is difficult to work through; there is no magic pill where you do one practice and are healed. It is years of monotonous work cultivating your own worth to understand — I am good enough exactly as I am right now, not fixed, not patched up. And then shame, in the form it once took, burning, disappears.

It is believed that people are divided into two categories: some experience guilt, others experience shame. I emerged from therapy with a colossal burden of shame for everything and everyone. I only closed this topic for myself a few years ago.

When you are ashamed of everything, you project that onto other people. In men, this manifests as anger, aggression, and attack, while in women it is: “they are all not like that, I am ashamed of them.” Ashamed in front of neighbors, ashamed in front of relatives, friends, and so on.

Properly speaking, shame and guilt are manifestations of conscience; it is normal. It is just that in our case, they are elevated to a kind of flawed semblance of an absolute. You constantly find confirmation that you are not good enough and sink deeper and deeper. It turns out that I am always, by default, not good enough. The foundation is warped.

A good example is a car. If its engine doesn’t work, no matter how beautiful the interior and exterior of the car, it won’t go. You can have everything wonderful, but if inside, at the core, the engine doesn’t work — I am not good enough from birth, from childhood, from youth, in relationships, no matter the moment, you became not good enough — you will keep loading yourself more and more and more.

As soon as you accept that I am good enough as I am, and cultivate your worth from within, many things resolve themselves.

Realize the value of your presence on Earth

“It is important that you understand, this new game ‘Human — New Earth’ would be impossible, it would not manifest without your presence on Earth. Each of us holds a vital part of this cosmic puzzle, which will now become evident.

Remember that only those who are embodied on this planet can change all of this at the atomic level. This means that we all needed to be born as humans in physical bodies at this critical time to complete our all-encompassing mission, consisting of many lifetimes.” (Lauren Gorgo)
